You have to use the STAR method while interviewing or you will fail. My interview was 2 steps, the first interviewer asked me 4 questions on different principles of amazon and the second asked me fewer questions and talked to me more about my experiences and what I was looking for in a position

Just memorize 6-8 stories ranging from team leading experience to when you jumped in the trenches with your employees
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
