First i talked with a recruiter. Everything was beautiful. Enough time for listening and telling. She called 30 minutes earlier, but it was ok for me. She talked clear, understandable shot but decent questions. The problem starts here, she told me to "next interview will related with technical". I really prepared myself for the 14 principle questions. I prepared some examples to answer the questions which i lived in my profession with plus STAR method. But guess what? In the next interview hiring manager's first approach is "sorry for my English". Second why amazon? Third why health and safety? Fifth, What would you want to be if you wanted to start all over again? And one of the problem is, he tried to asked a technical question complicated. But he could not. He tried another way - i am all ears at this whole moment- but no, he did not satisfied from himself. And he tried again. So i had to say "fyi, you lost me". And guess what? He laughed. It was really weird experience. And guess what, next day i've received an email about "i've been rejected"
