Very engaging and positive overall. Had some issues with gaps in my resume, but we were able to resolve that relatively quickly as the interviewer brought it up within the first few minutes of the interview. I felt that my experience working with remote teams might translate well into an on-site position and we discussed the various skills that I felt were transferable. Overall a good interview
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Palo Alto, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
they will go over technical questions directly not about yourself so be prepared. The interviewer don't even show their faces which makes this process uncomfortable. In overall, I feel very disappointed
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Long, intense, all male. I had to ask for a female to be added to the all day line up of interviews. They're very focused on customers and seemed unconcerned with employees. Guess it depends where you are in your life.
