Contacted by recruiter through LinkedIn, had to complete and pass assessment for role to continue, passed assessment and was invited to a virtual interview day with 2 interviewers. Was informed about a week later through email that I had was receiving an offer, received formal, written offer 4 days later

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
