I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Madrid) in Jun 2017
Interview
Multiple step process starting with a telephone based screening, a phone based -soft skills oriented- interview and finally a 4h session with several departments (1-1 and virtual 1-1).
Overall experience and guidance by interviewers was good.

First introduction questions, next technical questions and then behavioural questions
