The interview itself was fairly difficult and that's good. However, the whole process before you speak to someone is a bit complex and weird. It could definitely be improved upon.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon in Sept 2021

Multiple interviews:
1st was an assessment using a custom support UI interface to simulate interactions, and then an online quiz.
2nd was a video chat assessment, asking technical questions
3rd was behavioral interview.

1- Got mail from Technical recruiter from amazon ask if I am interested in Database Support position.
2- Got email from AWS to conduct online assessment, 45 Min, You choose 2 area of expertise
3- Then got another mail for 2 technical interview
