I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Sydney) in Dec 2020
Interview
This review is about the third stage "loop" back-to-back one hour, 1:1 interviews. All interviews I had were virtual. After all the effort put into going through the three phases of their interview process, I received a rejection, with zero feedback.
It's very easy to be enticed and drawn into this process in the hope of getting to work for this employer. The reality is that by the end of it all, you realise that you have sacrificed days to complete all the assignments and prepare for loop, only to be advised that you are not good enough. Absolutely no accountability whatsoever.
I would advise any prospective applicants to think again about making such a wasted investment in time.
