I got an email from HR about 10 days after applying online. The HR was nice and scheduled a phone interview with one of their procurement managers. The HR listed a bunch of things I need to prepare (leadership principles); however, the phone interview was rather brief and shorter than I expected. The manager asked some basic questions and wrapped up the interview in 15 mins.

It was a very nice and pleasant interview experience. The purchasing manager was very knowledgeable and easygoing. I said I was very interested and she was happy. It’s a very solid company.

Very structured questions. Focusing heavily on Amazon Leadership Principles and data driven behavioral questions using the STAR method. They test how professional you are with your work. Conversations are meant to be natural rather than stiff, but they are very intense and evidence based.
Test online with no interaction with anyone. If you pass, you get invited to fly out to Seattle for the next stage.
