Applied and completed an assessment online. Completed two rounds of interviews online. First round consisted of behavioral questions, second round was a case study. Received my result two weeks following the interview.

Go on Glassdoor and look through all the questions listed for Area Manager. Have a response written out for every one of them using the STAR method and you should have no problems with this interview.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
