Interview
It was an Online interview dóne in two phases.
Phase 1: We had to answer question with the help of an Apps and our answers where been recorded. There were both written and oral questions.
Phase 2: I had 3 Interviews (3x30mins). Each interview asked specific question based on their point of interest (STAR-Principle of Amazon)

La entrevista fue muy positiva y realmente enriquecedora. El ambiente resultó profesional pero cercano, lo que permitió conversar con naturalidad sobre mi experiencia previa y mis habilidades como Shift Manager. Me hicieron preguntas situacionales para evaluar mi capacidad de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y manejo del estrés.
