Initially there was an assessment round which consisted of Pymetrics and a simulated business situation. Then there was a behavioral interview and then a technical interview. Each round had to be cleared before proceeding to the next.

OA assessment was non-technical, it was about you responding to different stakeholders and aligning their processes. After passing the OA, had 3 back to back 45 minute, non technical interviews.

two round interview process with potential hiring managers, everyone was kind and informative. i enjoyed speaking with everyone i met and applied for the rotational program. mostly behavioral questions, helps if you can explain why tech and why finance
Very chill and conversational, two 45 min back to back interviews with two different people in different locations. Just behavioral questions, so nothing out of the ordinary. Use the STAR method and everything should be fine.
