The first round is a Just A Minute session, popularly known as JAM, here you will be tested for your grammar and vocabulary. The next two rounds are computer-based, where you need to write a letter.
It was very thorough. Interviewer asked many follow up questions about my responses. Coding question was easy, but coming up with a perfectly optimized solution was difficult. Good luck on the interview process!

It was bit difficult to crack interview process. But if you are good at communications it will be easy to handle. Basically there will be versent test written and voice both.
