Average, I wish that I had had more time to prepare but that was mainly on me. Overall, I would say that because of the size of the company the interview process has become so generalized that the individual needs of a site are not as recognized during the process.

Contacted by recruiter to apply through linkedin. Did a psychological test and on same day rejected by email. It was a test on a computer, maybe ten to thirty minutes to fill it out.
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.

Two phone interviews. It did not seem like the interviewers had read my resume and my background. The questions were off and did not align my experience or the role itself.
