Interview
The first round is Online Assessment (OA). It took about 2h. There were 2 medium-level leetcode questions and a brunch of work-style questions.
The second round is the phone interview. HR asked me some basic CS questions and a leadership principal question.
Everything is good. However, I was rejected. The result of the Junior SDE interview is hard to predict. There is no need to think too much about it. Just move on.

Question 1
When you meet a task that you can't pull off, what are you gonna do?
First Screening call, then initial interview with an engineer (1 hour) and then final interview with four 1 hour rounds back to back with different engineers. For each round its the same, you'll be asked one behavioral question and one coding (LC style) question.

Had OA, was ridiculously simple. 2 rounds of technical interviews, small amount of behavioural questions at the beginning, they go quite in depth surrounding what you say, so ensure you're good with follow ups about the real impact. Leetcode easy or a very easy medium

Interview had a few steps. First few were leadership principles, then OA, and then few coding questions, followed up with some more leadership principles questions and coding for the final few rounds
