Interview
Pretty straightforward process. You do virtual interviews and must answer your questions in the STAR method. Even if you answer well, it's still up to the opinion of the interviewer. Personally, I gave the same answers to back-to-back interviewers. One said yes and the other said no. So make sure you know who you're talking to. Unless you're interviewing for an HR position, please note that the HR people don't know very much about other positions. They just read interview questions off of a page and judge from there
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
