1. Hand in CV and Cover Letter
2. Telephone interview - Competency based questions on their leadership principles.
3. Face to face interview - Again competency questions as well a preprepared presentation.
4. Assessment center - Group excersise, Individual Excel based excersise, 4x20 minute competency questions, individual presentation on your excel excersise.

The Excel excersise. It involved forecasting future revenues for a department and then answering questions on it.
questions based on Leadership principles, asking about specific experiences with data to provide on the results and outcome of the solutions provided.
Interview lasted around 45 minutes. Several rounds of interviews were expected

phone screen with recruiter - asked regular behavioral questions and some technical skills to gauge my financial skills. recruiter was very nice and shared with me more about the role
Not hard pretty chill interviewers and they asked easy questions about finance and my resume did not take more than 30 minutes and left plenty of time to ask questions
