I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2020
Interview
A Amazon University recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, filled out pre-interview questioner, then got scheduled to interview with 2 current managers in separate interviews back to back. The interviews were really easy going. It was a pleasant experience.

Question 1
It was situational based question, they were easy, make sure you use Amazon Core Values in your answers and leave room for them to have follow up questions about the situation you used. Used STAR method when answering.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
