I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
The interview process was long and I was rejected before the even longer part of the process. First I received an email from the recruiter with 7 questions to fill out including salary expectations and explaining my experience. Then I had to complete 3 assessments and then schedule a phone call interview. After that there would be a virtual several hour long panel. They mentioned you needed to relate everything to the leadership principles and use the STAR method.

Question 1
All behavioural questions and they were all negative - tell me a time you messed up, tell me a time a campaign didn't go as planned, tell me a time you lost a major client, tell me a time you failed, etc
Extremely time consuming multi step interview process that consist of a screener round of questions, to hr, to hiring manager to loop interview. You’ll probably spend an honest amount of time prepping for this as if you were studying for an exam. I personally thought it was a rewarding and refreshing process.
Interview process: cv evaluation > digital assessment > personal interview > interview panel
I reached the personal interview phase, which consisted of a 50 minute assessment based on behavioral questions.
