Your answers don’t matter as much as whether you follow their formula. The entire process feels cult like. The money is good but question if it’s worth it. Also not impressed by the interviewees.

Really long exams before the interview. Interview was not scheduled quickly and I didn't have a lot of time to coordinate with my current job. They also didn't give a lot off information about what the job actually entailed.

The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
