Its too good,... Easy to attend..... Long process but need training... If we prepared we can clear,. Use youtube videos to prepare for the test.... Use google to findout so many workouts regarding vcs test

They accumulated everyone on a meeting and told about the job role, duration, salary and perks. After that they send 3-4 people to each hr and the hr asked the question one by one
It's was like group discussion 40 people in one meeting and we have to speak on a topic for 5 min .hr will call out your name we have speak on the topic

It was an Online interview which was of 2 rounds in one day. Difficulty level easy to medium. Excellant Communication skills is a must. You may refer youtube for information.
