Interview
Organized and well managed. Interviewing was a recruiter that explained the position well and maintained a professional manner. Pay was too low at offer, but well handled interview process. Met with recruiter, and hiring manager. Took a brief onsite tour with recruiter. Job explained well.
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
