Interview
1. Man wird von einem Recuiter angesprochen der das erste Gespräch durchführt. Meistens sind es freundliche Mitarbeiter.
2. Man führt ein Gespräch mit der Managern aus verschiedenen Standorten. Da kann es aber passieren dass alle die gleichen Fragen stellen und man keine weiteren Situationen zur gleichen Frage finden kann.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
