Very quick and easy. 3 45 minute online interviews with Amazonians who have done the hiring job before. Some questions were tough and designed to see if i would be a good fit for Amazon, and they were happy to probe when necessary if they were interested

Interview
1- Behavioral and Analytical quizzes
2- Behavioral interview with two amazonians, where they each make at least two questions about the leadership principles
3- Excel business case around the black friday, with 30-40 minutes to complete
The behavioral interviews were conducted in english, while the excel on in italian (mothertongue)
Structured interviews with two interviewers, which focused on Amazon Leadership Principles. Then 1h case analysis about calculating Black Friday sales figures. For case analysis, understanding the logic between figures is more important than the excel skills
