Good interview process. They used the star method, therefore you have to answer using specific examples of your previous work experience. It is well-structured and has good communication during the process.

Give me an example of a tough piece of feedback you received. What was it and what did you do about it?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
