5 interviews based on Leadership principles and specific situations. Always based on SBI model ( Situation, behavior and impact). It is extremely important to provide precise data. Include in the examples the time that those actions or the situation took, and what was the impact also in numbers (amount of time or money that was saved thanks to your actions)

Tell me something cool that you have learn on your own that has helped you to better perform your job.
Very structured. Every person I spoke with was asking questions using the same script. It feel as if there was no room for innovation or fun even though the company principles says otherwise. So I questioned myself If I am successful would I be able to have my own style. So I had mixed feelings during the interview. On the positive side they were all on time and feedback was given via phone even though I was not offered the position, which I really appreciated as not many companies phone you. Usually they sent an email and thats it.
