Interview
The HR had sent a mail inviting to attend the interview. The mail only had details about job description and interview time and venue. After reaching and before starting the interview process they disclose that they are hiring only for night shifts.
They should enclose all details about the position including the time and pay in the mail itself so that only those interested will attend. Otherwise it becomes a waste of time for all.
Smooth and easy process of three step interview one being general aptitude fallowed by operational round and ends with human resource round. All these happens once the resume is selected or shortlisted .
STAR method is required for most questions, since theyre looking for behavioral answers.
3 interviews with 3 different people in total. The first is alone and two are on the same day 30mins each.

1. Versant Test.
2. Logical reasoning

4. Managerial.
All the rounds were online and was pretty easy, The overall interview process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
