Very straight forward and behavioral. Recruiting provides a packet to guide interviewee which is very helpful. Come prepared with successes in career and while the outcome is important focus more on the process and hurdles faced to get there.

Many questions are derived from the packet and ultimately the interviewer would like the STAR method to be utilized, followed by 1-3 probing questions.

Todo o processo foi muito detalhado, com testes aplicados a situações reais. Foi uma experiência muito enriquecedora e desafiadora, onde pude testar meus conhecimentos na área.

It was a recruiter phone call. No video involved. We used amazon chime. I was asked 4 behavioural questions and some logistics questions. She was straight to the point, and probed some answers I gave.
