Interview process was intense from the initial screening through the onsite process. There were writing samples as well as the necessity of answering all Amazon questions using the STAR method. I found the process to be helpful and preparing me for future opportunities.

Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.

Last round was a loop interview of 6 individuals consisting of members of the team, hiring manager, business partners, and bar raisers
