No interview, all done through their website, short test, must pass tsa backgroundcheck, must pass federal backgroundcheck, they had a full week of classroom training, but benefits started on day one and they paid weekly.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
