Demasiadas entrevistas, demasiado tiempo, muy repetitivo todo, muy subjetivo y personal todo. Muy enfocados y enganchados, todo muy subjetivo. Piden inglés y las personas que están no lo hablan ni pronuncian bien por lo que es complicado seguir la entrevista cuando les pides que repitan la pregunta.

Menciona una situación en tu trabajo donde hayas tenido que hacer otra actividad completamente distinta a lo que implicaba tu rol.
Typically starts with a recruiter phone screen, followed by an online assessment for technical roles. Interviewers evaluate both job skills and how well you demonstrate Amazon’s Leadership Principles through behavioral questions. One interviewer is often a “Bar Raiser,” whose role is to maintain hiring standards and probe deeply into your experience, decision-making, and impact.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Rugeley, England)
Interview
I had 4 interviews, each lasting 45 minutes, scheduled back-to-back.
Each interviewer focusing on 2 Amazon Leadership Principles. You can find all the principles online if you want to review them in advance.

Interviewers may also ask follow-up questions to dig deeper, so be ready to explain:
• Why you made certain decisions
• What you learned
• What you would do differently next time
Very structured, using the leadership principles. It felt a little mechanical but very thorough. Limited interest in WHY I was interviewing. Great advice from recruiter in the process leading up to the loop.
