too many rounds 1+1+5 of interviews. Some of the Qs not relevant to the job. Unable to judge the outcome, as behavioral Qs are open to interpretation. SHould have more job related interview.

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.
