Interview
One casual consultation with HR (2 hours) prior to interviews with 2 people in the same department on the same day (2 hours). Questions were based on Amazon OLP (our leadership principles) and I gave specific scenarios from the past to demonstrate how I interpreted the situation and how I made a decision and took an action to solve issues.
O processo é muito organizado, com diversos materiais pra estudo (o mais completo que já vi!), mas diferente do que eu esperava, senti pouca profundidade no entrevistador. Inclusive, disse que era comum ficar trabalhando até 3 da manhã - bizarro. O retorno do feedback foi muito rápido.

Remember that Amazon looks for the STAR format to when doing interview's. Situation, Task, Action, Results. Have a a few good stories to tell. The interview was done virtually and they only asked about 5 questions.
