After your application You have to go through the assessment and then interview process, which is average and not so tough the assessment tests your basic English and ability to understand customer needs

They accumulated everyone on a meeting and told about the job role, duration, salary and perks. After that they send 3-4 people to each hr and the hr asked the question one by one
It's was like group discussion 40 people in one meeting and we have to speak on a topic for 5 min .hr will call out your name we have speak on the topic

It was an Online interview which was of 2 rounds in one day. Difficulty level easy to medium. Excellant Communication skills is a must. You may refer youtube for information.
