The interview process consisted of three rounds in total, including two face-to-face interview rounds and one written aptitude assessment. The first round focused on evaluating communication skills, technical knowledge, and overall background relevant to the role. The second face-to-face round was more discussion-oriented, where problem-solving ability, work experience, and situational handling were assessed in detail. In addition, there was a written aptitude test that evaluated logical reasoning, analytical thinking, quantitative ability, and basic verbal skills to understand the candidate’s overall aptitude and learning capability.

2 interviews one with L4 manager and another one with L5 manager. Mostly situation based questions and puzzles. They will give a scenario and will look for how you approach the problem statement.
