Interview
It is based on the Amazon Principles and behavioral questions. Become very comfortable with using past company experiences to align with the questions you are asked. There are a ton of YouTube videos of previous Amazon employees with helpful tips and triacks. Depending on the role, it can be a 4-5 hour process.
they have a good layout for setting expectations throughout the interview process. always will depend who you get, and often the first round phone screen will not be with anyone on the team actually hiring which i find to be a disservice to the candidate and team.
