2nd round: Line Manager Screen Interview for expertise check
3rd round: Loop Interview (4-5 rounds), each took at least one hour for Leader Principle check

It was an online assessment with different scenarios/cases embedded to test reasoning , efficiency and decision-making skills. It was also a way of seeing how potential employees would help Amazon better achieve its customer-centric goal.
