Firstly is the written application form, then video interview, about a week/ 2 you will receive a 3 x 30 mins panel interview, usually within 5 business days you will receive an outcome.

It is related to LPs. Each of the interviewer will ask you 2 leadership principles. Each leader principle will have two questions and some follow up questions.
They asked ‘tell me a time you asked for your customer feedback. How did you approach to the feedback?’

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
