The overall interview process at Amazon is well-structured until the final stage. The last round — a full-day loop of 6 back-to-back interviews — feels excessive and counterproductive. It’s mentally exhausting and doesn’t necessarily provide deeper insights than a shorter, more focused format would. A more balanced approach would improve candidate experience without compromising assessment quality.
