Two phone screens and on day onsite to meet 7 people;
Onsite is pretty long and intense where the interviewers testing not only your brain but also your energy level to decide culture fit.

Half day process. 1 after the other with a small break in between. They asked challenging questions and expect well thought out answers. Overall neutral experience but was great to practice.

Behavioral questions , the process was pretty straightforward and focused on leadership principles. First stage was with one person and next stage was a panel of 4. I got a reply in few days which was great

Online Assessment took about an hour to complete - it was a work situational scenario where you have an inbox with several tasks popping up to complete, nothing you could do to prepare for this. Then at the end there was a 15 minute personality quiz.

After online assessment I had a telephone interview with the person that would be my manager. You need to familiarise yourself with the Amazon Leadership Principles - I used YouTube for this.
An example: I was asked to describe a time (using STAR) when I had to use data to dive deep to solve a problem and then asked 3 follow up questions on what I had said.
