Primero es una entrevista por llamada (15 min aprox), luego 2 entrevistas de (30-45 min, vía Amazon Chime), con dos personas de Amazon, asumo que uno del mismo puesto y otro de una posición superior.

Behavioral qs, basadas en los LPs de Amazon. Debido al tiempo son dos o tres preguntas utilizando la estructura STAR.
Questions regarding Amazon's leadership's principles and how you have applied them. You must give specific examples on how you used these principles. I utilized the STAR method and got the position. This interview is done virtually.

Step2: Online assessment with behavioral questions
Step3: HR phone Interview, behavioral questions and experiences using STAR method
Step4: Panel Interview with 4 interviewer, behavioral questions and experiences using STAR method
Step5: Offer
Smoothly process but you spend a lot of time like 2 months and at the end they don't give you a reason. Well feedbacks during the process and then no offer, the HR propose you a short call to talk about it but it's fake, in my case I asked for it but she disappeared.
