Amazon Manager, Technical Program Manager interview questions

1. Recruiter Screen (30–45 min) Role fit, level, location, compensation, and your story. 2. Technical Screen (1 round) SDE: coding + problem solving TPM: system design, architecture, dependencies LPs already evaluated. 3. Interview Loop (4–5 rounds) Coding / technical deep dive System design Behavioral (Leadership Principles) Role-specific execution Bar Raiser (can veto) 4. Leadership Principles (always on) Every answer is judged through LPs (Ownership, Dive Deep, Deliver Results, etc.). 5. Decision Written feedback → Bar Raiser input → hiring manager decision → offer or no-offer.

HR Screening was scheduled. Then 1 technical screening phone interview was scheduled, followed by two Behavioral interviews, followed by two System design interviews, followed by 1 bar raiser interview. Lastly there was an offer.
