Amazon Senior Program Manager, Content interview questions

I spoke with a recruiter for about 30 minutes, explaining my applicable experience. I asked how closely he was working with the hiring manager, and he indicated he was working with her closely. He said I was a very close match to what she was looking for, and that I would receive an email request to schedule an interview with her. Their system generated the email to me immediately after our call ended. However, the next day he emailed to let me know the hiring manager had already hired someone else.
