Process took just under two months from the time resume was submitted.
Everyone that I talked to from start to finish were very pleasant and professional.
Everyone was more than willing to answer any and all questions about the company.
Overall my personal experience was above average compared to other major companies that I have interviewed with.

Phone interview first with HR. Following phone, zoom interview with hiring Manager for 1 hour. Great experience during covid. Following the hiring Manager interview, I interviewed with other key team members and leaders. Overall process took around 2 weeks and offer was extended soon after.

General interview questions about experience, situational questions and some conversation. Very comfortable and I felt they were able to gain insight into my background without the traditional questions that generate canned responses.

Had me drive 3 hours to Houston on my dime. Wouldn't do a preliminary phone interview to assess reciprocal "fit" before wasting an entire day, fuel, tolls, etc.
Interviewer was 20 minutes late for the interview. I was left waiting in the doorway of the office.
Interview was typical claptrap.
Haven't heard a word since. No response to multiple email/vmail attempts to 2 separate people.
