I applied via online and an outsourcing company called for a phone interview. It seems she was just screening and recruiter seems not knowing the positions well.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX) in Sept 2024
Interview
Was not bad. Had one online interview then a invite for a superday at their headquarters. Superday would be 3 hours with a excel test. Online interview was mostly behavioral and asked about how to depreciate assets and basic accounting.
