I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I applied in January, and then had a video interview in February or early March. I didn't hear anything for quite a while until I got called to a group/face to face interview in May. The group interview process was fun, though baffling at times in terms of some of the applicants who got called back for a one-on-one interview (I didn't). Some of the people were late, didn't follow directions, and had strange answers (in my opinion). However, they made you feel welcome and overall it was fun, though very disappointing. Even though they didn't ask me for a one on one interview (I knew then I didn't get the job), they still made you believe that you had a chance. If I hadn't read on Glassdoor the process I would've clung to hope (like some of the other candidates I talked to afterwards did) until a week later when I got their rejection email. I wish they would just outright tell you then that you didn't get it.
