I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2013
Interview
Applied online. Invited to do a video interview. Invited to do a face to face interview in Dallas. MUST have passport. The interview itself was really fun. Starts with a group activity, make sure to be sociable but still professional. Then a group interview, then a presentation about the company and benefits. The interviewers will call people out on by one and either walk you to the door or walk you to a room to get fingerprinted.
Received an email requesting some forms, scheduled a medical exam, and am now waiting to hear back from that.
