I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
Started with introducing recruiters and a presentation about AA, then a group interview (everyone goes around and introduces themself and answers a question) and activity (you get a prompt and have to come up with an answer to a question/scenario). I did not make it to the individual interview stage and was called out in one of the first groups to go to the bus. From what I understand, those who stayed longer had a better chance of getting a 1x1 and a CJO. They said it was still possible to get a CJO afterwards.
