The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Copiague, NY)
Interview
Ok I got to the place of the invitation letter. They sent me to a conference room where all the applicants were there waiting, than they started calling us 3 by 3 and they took us to an office for doing the check in just something simple, provide your passport and resume, after they verify they will put you a badge with your name and applicant number and group number. Than they took us to the second floor and there was a paper on each seat of the tables, we were 40 and they divided us estimated 10 each table, the paper had an activity of most likely and less likely and than they asked why you choose that option, the scenario was if you were hurry at the airport and a stressful customer stop you and you are going late to your flight, what would you do?
Than there was a group activity, after that there was a round 1 of panel question, 1 recruiter seats at your table and start asking one question to each of the candidate, than break and than round 2 of questions. Than they talked about the company and benefits, than the recruitment manager came and said that they will email us the results and they started scorting us on groups, that was a lie it was just so they could avoid not making anybody feel bad of not been able to pass, they took us to a jump seat examen and high and than they were calling us for the face to face.
