I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
We started out with group activities, I suppose as an ice breaker and for them to see how we interact as a group. We were then taken to smaller group interviews and asked a few questions. I was not invited to the second round of one on one interviews. The people who made it were dressed conservatively but still attractive. It didn't seem to matter in the group interviews if you took a long time with your response or answered last, as long as it was well thought out and articulate. Remember to highlight your good qualities as a worker and why you want to work for the company, not just describing a detailed work history or why you want to fly. I also noticed that anyone who looked over the age of 30-35 did not make it to the second round of interviews.
