Round table interview. Individuals arrived, checked in and proceeded to a conference room to watch videos of happy, longtime employees working for AA and sharing why it’s a great company to work for via video format. The coordinator walks in and provided an overview of the job detaining the hourly rate, Union info and schedule information. From there everyone is split into 3-4 groups of 7-8 for a group style interview. Each participants answered 2-3 questions of scenario based questions. Interviewers thank the participants for their time and the next coordinator would come to provide next steps shortly. Coordinator returns and advised that is all for today and they will be escorting us out. Advised the group to be on the lookout for an email to determine if you made it to the next round.
